Polices for Healing Touch Massage
Healing Touch Massage, appreciates each and every one of our clients, and we have put together these policies for the benefit of both client and Healing Touch Massage.
Healing Touch Massage works on an individual and standing appointment schedule.
All appointments are handled on a first scheduled basis that includes any reoccurring appointments whether weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.Healing Touch Massage accepts all major credit cards: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash payments.
For any appointments scheduled after a No-Call/No-Show, the client must provide a valid credit card number with all pertinent information necessary to hold any future appointments with Healing Touch Massage.
In addition, if the original No-Call/No-Show appointment has not been paid in full, once any future appointments are scheduled with a credit card, the original appointment will be charged at full price.
Healing Touch Massage will not add back any time missed if the client is responsible for the time delay.
If the client would like to extend the session further whilst in a session; it will be at the sole discretion of the therapist to allow such an increase of time.
Tools and Gadgets:
Healing Touch Massage may use any number of tools necessary to achieve the desired results of the client. These are some but not limited to the following: Bamboo, Hot Towels, Hot and Cold Stones, Aromatherapy, Hand Massage tools, and any other tools the therapist deems necessary.
Please let your therapist know if you would rather not have an extra tools used in your session. There is no extra cost for the use of any of the above tools.
